For your information...

Reservations: Our scheduling is designed to allow the correct time needed to complete your spa service. We respectfully ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to prepare for your spa experience. Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may not be possible.
Scheduling: Our spa is popular with many clients. To ensure your choice of date and time, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving. Spa packages and multiple services should be scheduled 4-6 weeks in advance. Spa parties should arrive 30 min. prior to your service.
Cancellation Policy: Because our services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy to our clients and our staff of professionals, we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any single service and a 48-hour cancellation notice for multiple services or spa packages. Please have available a major credit card or Gift Certificate number to secure you reservation. Late cancellation will incur a 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable Gift Certificates value. Any NO-SHOW appointment will incur a full value charge of reserved services or redeemable Gift Certificate value.
Privacy: Your privacy will always be respected. During spa services your body will be fully covered with the exception of those areas being pampered.
Children: For the comfort and serenity of all our guests we respectfully ask that children under the age of 10 be left in the care of a loving adult. Thank you for you consideration.
Gratuities: are appreciated and are not included in service prices. A 18% gratuity will be added to groups of 4 or more. Gratuities cannot be added to charged services..
