Diva Party Details

It is our goal to provide your special young Princess with a spa-tacular birthday experience she’ll always remember. It’s all about HER ! … our guest of honor, and therefore we strictly adhere to the following policies to ensure a successful celebration for all!

• A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time the party is booked. We recommend booking  your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance, however we may be able to accommodate a last minute date.
• All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to postpone your party, you may postpone one time. We will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date. If you choose to cancel our services for ANY reason, your deposit is forfeited.
• Deposits and balances due may be paid with cash, check, or a major credit card. The remaining balance is due in full by the end of the party.
• The package price includes 8 girls plus the birthday girl who is always FREE! There is an added charge for each additional girl beyond the package total of 9 (with the FREE birthday girl). This charge may vary depending on the package.
• If less than 9 girls attend the party (including the birthday girl), the full package price will still be charged. Sorry, there are no exceptions.
• Please note:  A $35 service charge will be applied for attended or confirmed parties of 12-15 girls. Add a $70 service charge for attended or confirmed parties of 16 or more girls. Please consult Serenity for maximum number of guests.
• A final guest count is required 3 days prior to the date of your party.
• Please bring the birthday cake, we’ll provide the forks, plates and napkins!
• The girls should wear comfortable clothing for under spa robes, such as lighter sweats, shorts or leotards.
• Our parties are fun-filled and do follow a schedule. Guests who arrive late will join the party at the point the party has progressed to.
• If room allows, parents and other adults are welcome to stay, but is not necessary. Siblings must be adult supervised at all times unless they are a party guest.
• There is a $35 charge for all returned checks.
• Our Kids Spa Diva mini-services are for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals.
